receptionist/office administrator (fixed term contract)
 
mrlabels is an innovative self adhesive label company based in Hastings who is looking for a person to front our office dealing with incoming calls & customer enquiries/orders while providing secretarial administration to the Managing Director.
 
This position is for a fixed term contract to provide cover during maternity leave, therefore we require someone with flexibility that can quickly learn this demanding role.
 
Based at front desk, you will need to be a highly organised pro-active multi-tasker who is able to manage through interruptions while still paying close attention to detail.
  
The skills, experience and attributes you will need are as follows:
  • Excellent communications skills, focusing particularly on customer services
  • Great personal presentation
  • A high level of initiative with a willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience wtih accounts and payroll
  • Ability to manage our Website an advantage
  • Sales support
  • Inward/outward deliveries coordination
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Can do attitude with a vibrant personality
